# Anima Felix for Education

One private wellbeing tool that supports the whole education community - educators, students 16+, and parents - through everyday anxiety, exam pressure, and the moments staff cannot personally absorb.

Schools and universities sit on top of more anxiety than they can ever manage one student or one staff member at a time. Educators run hot after difficult classes. Students 16 and older spiral privately on their phones long before they ask anyone for help. Parents arrive at parent meetings already activated. A single counselling office cannot reach all of it.

Anima Felix is a discreet, low-friction wellbeing companion your community can use on their own phones, in their own moments - without the institution becoming the gatekeeper. One contract can cover educators, students aged 16 and up, and parents. It sits alongside your counsellors and wellbeing services, not on top of them.

Outcomes

## What your institution gets from one contract

Anxiety in education is rarely solved one office visit at a time. A community-level tool changes the shape of what your wellbeing budget can reach.

### Lower educator burnout and sick leave

A private way for teachers, lecturers, and faculty to come down from a hard class or a difficult parent meeting reduces the cumulative load that drives sick days, attrition, and end-of-year burnout.

### Earlier interruption before crisis

Most anxiety in students 16+ peaks at night, in private, on a phone. A discreet companion they will actually open reduces the share of cases that arrive at the counselling office already escalated.

### Calmer parent partnerships

When parents have somewhere to put their own activation before a conversation with you, those meetings start in a better place. Less escalation, less defensiveness, fewer complaints.

### A visible wellbeing commitment

Inspection bodies, accreditation reviews, recruitment pages, and parent communications all benefit from a concrete, named wellbeing offer that covers the whole community - not just a counsellor list.

The cost

## The hidden cost of unsupported anxiety in your community

Education is built around scheduled support - counselling slots, office hours, pastoral check-ins. The anxiety driving the problem rarely respects the schedule. These are the patterns one in-house team cannot personally absorb.

### Educators carry the day home with them

A difficult class, a contentious parent email, or a strained department meeting can keep teachers and lecturers activated for the rest of the day. The cost shows up as Sunday-night dread, sick leave, and quiet quitting.

### Students 16+ spiral privately, late, on a phone

Exam pressure, social anxiety, identity questions, and performance fear peak in the hours when no office is open. The gap between "I feel terrible" and "I am willing to talk to an adult" is exactly where most cases get worse.

### Parents arrive activated and escalate the room

When parents are anxious before a conversation, the conversation tends to escalate. Staff time spent de-escalating parents is a hidden, large line item in every school and faculty.

### Wellbeing budgets reach a fraction of the community

A counsellor and a quarterly workshop reach the people who self-select into the room. The majority of anxious moments in your community happen with nobody else present.

Coverage

## Who one contract covers

Anima Felix is the same product for everyone - but the moments it helps with look different depending on who opens it. One institutional subscription supports three groups your team is already trying to support.

### Educators & faculty

For high-school teachers, university lecturers, professors, tutors, and pastoral staff - the activation that stays in the body after a hard class, and the worry that arrives the night before the next one.

- Post-class activation: chest tight, mind running through what just happened
- Sunday-night dread before the teaching week restarts
- Anxiety about a specific student, parent, colleague, or interaction
- End-of-term overload during marking, grading, and exam-board periods

### Students 16+ (high school & university)

For students aged 16 and older - late-night, on-the-phone moments when anxiety peaks and a real conversation with staff feels too hard. Covers Bac, A-level, IB, university finals, dissertation, and bar-style professional exams.

- Exam-night spirals and pre-test panic
- Social anxiety after a difficult day on campus
- Replaying a presentation, a seminar question, or a difficult conversation
- Sleep anxiety that gets louder the closer it gets to bedtime

### Parents

For the version of a parent that needs to be calm enough to actually help their child instead of escalating with them - across the high-school years and first-year university transition.

- Anxiety about a child's behaviour, grades, or social life
- Conversations with educators that left them activated
- Worry loops at 3am about whether they are doing enough
- Wanting to support a teenager or first-year student without making it worse

Procurement

## Procurement, privacy, and scope

Heads of school and faculty deans are right to interrogate any tool put in front of their community. Here is where Anima Felix stands.

### Minimum age 16, GDPR-aligned

Anima Felix is intended for users aged 16 and older. Privacy practices follow GDPR and EU data-protection conventions. Documentation available for procurement.

### Private to the individual device

No institutional dashboard, no roster integration, no reporting back to the school or university. The institution funds access; the individual's use stays private. This is exactly why people will actually open it.

### Wellness companion, not clinical care

Anima Felix is a wellness companion for everyday anxiety patterns. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care, and the in-product copy is explicit about that. It sits alongside your counsellors, not in front of them.

### Crisis resources surfaced, not hidden

In-app and on the site, crisis lines and escalation guidance are visible. The product cannot be mistaken for emergency response and never positions itself as such.

Rollout

## How a rollout actually works

No IT integration, no SSO, no admin dashboard to maintain. The product is designed to land in your community with the lowest possible operational cost.

- ### Sign one contract

A single institutional agreement covers educators, students 16+, and parents under your community umbrella. We agree on the cohort and the term.
- ### Share one institutional link

Your community gets a branded link they install on their own devices. No accounts to provision, no rosters to sync, no IT tickets to file.
- ### Communicate it as a benefit, not a programme

We support you with on-brand copy your wellbeing office, newsletters, faculty inductions, and parent communications can use. People use it more when it is framed as a benefit, not as homework.
- ### Get quarterly anonymous insight

You receive aggregate, anonymised usage trends at the community level - not individual data. Helpful for your wellbeing committee and governance reports, never identifying.

FAQ

## Common questions

Is this a classroom product? +

No. Anima Felix is a personal companion that individuals open on their own phone in their own moment. It is not classroom software and does not need scheduling, integration, or teacher administration.

How is this licensed for an institution? +

A single institutional contract covers the cohort you specify - typically educators, students aged 16 and older, and parents under your community umbrella. We can scope by full-school, faculty-level, or pilot cohort. Email support@animafelix.com for a tailored proposal.

Do we get reporting or visibility into who is using it? +

You get aggregate, anonymous usage trends at the community level - enough to share with a wellbeing committee or governance board. You do not get any individual-level data. Individual privacy is exactly what makes the tool credible enough for people to actually open.

What is the minimum age? +

The minimum age is 16. Anima Felix is not designed for younger children and should not be promoted below that age. For ages 16–17, we recommend parental awareness alongside institutional rollout.

Does this replace our counsellors or student services? +

No. Anima Felix is a wellness companion for everyday anxiety. Counsellors, GPs, university wellbeing services, and licensed clinicians remain the right path when more support is needed. The app is designed to reach the everyday moments those services do not have capacity to cover.

How does it handle student crises? +

Anima Felix is not a crisis service. Both in-app and on the site, crisis-line and emergency-services resources are surfaced. Institutions should treat Anima Felix as part of the everyday wellbeing layer, not as part of a crisis response plan.

What IT or integration work do we need to do? +

None. There is no SSO, no LMS integration, no MDM provisioning. Your community installs the app on their own device using a link we provide. The product was designed to land in education without becoming an IT project.

How do we evaluate it before committing? +

We can run a small pilot cohort - for example, one faculty, one department, or one parent cohort - for a defined term, then review aggregate usage and renewal scope together. Email support@animafelix.com to scope a pilot.
