This process is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
- Use the email button below.
- Send the request from the email linked to your account, if possible.
- Include any details needed to identify your account.
What happens after your request
- Your request is verified and processed by our team.
- We normally respond within one month under GDPR rules.
- You will have up to 30 days after confirmation to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
- For complex requests, this may be extended as permitted by law.
- Data that must be kept for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained for the required period.
