How to request deletion

1. Use the email button below.
2. Send the request from the email linked to your account, if possible.
3. Include any details needed to identify your account.

What happens after your request

• Your request is verified and processed by our team.
• We normally respond within one month under GDPR rules.
• You will have up to 30 days after confirmation to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
• For complex requests, this may be extended as permitted by law.
• Data that must be kept for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations may be retained for the required period.

AFK peer-support data on deletion

If you used the AFK (Anima Felix Key) peer-support app under the same account, the rules below apply to your AFK-specific data in addition to the general deletion process described above.

• Requests you submitted as an asker are deleted or irreversibly anonymized within the retention window described in our Privacy Policy, so they are no longer linked back to your identity.
• Replies you received from supporters are de-linked from your account when your account is removed. Where reply text remains in the asker-side record for integrity reasons, your first name and account identifier are removed so the record is no longer attributable to you. See section 14 of our Privacy Policy for the underlying retention rules.
• Replies you wrote as a supporter remain visible to the askers who received them as part of each asker’s reply history; the text of each reply remains in that asker’s history, but your first name, country flag, and account identifier are removed from the reply so the text is no longer attributable to you. • If you want a specific reply you wrote to be removed from an asker’s history before you delete your account, email [email protected] — we review these requests on a case-by-case basis under our Article 17 obligations.
• Appreciated marks you left on other people’s replies are removed from our systems so they can no longer be traced back to your deleted account.
• Appreciated marks that other users left on replies you wrote remain in their reply history — this is their record, not yours — but are de-linked from your deleted account, so the acknowledgment is no longer attributable to you.
• Replies you marked as Reported, or replies of yours that were marked Reported by others, are retained as safety evidence under our legitimate interest in platform safety (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), subject to periodic storage-limitation review. Retention of this specific category of evidence is relied on under the GDPR Article 17(3)(b) and (e) deletion exceptions (legal obligations, and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims). • Requests that have already auto-closed (after 30 minutes or 10 replies, whichever came first) are treated the same as any other request and are removed under the same timeline — auto-close is not the same as deletion.
• Because AFK and the main Anima Felix app share a single account, requesting deletion through either app removes your data from both. If you want to stop using AFK but keep your main Anima Felix account active, uninstall the AFK app; your AFK-side history will auto-close as described above, and no new requests or replies will be attributed to you.
