Anima Felix

Anima Felix is the main anxiety companion app — AI chat, voice support, guided exercises, stories, and self-assessments.

I can't sign in to Anima Felix.

Make sure you are using the same sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple) you used when you created the account. If you still cannot sign in, email [email protected] with the email associated with your account and a description of what you see, and we will help you recover access.

My subscription isn't activating.

If a purchase went through but your subscription is not active in the app, first try signing out and back in. Subscriptions are managed through Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and a restart of the app usually picks up the latest status. If it still does not activate, email [email protected] with the receipt or order number and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly through the store you subscribed on. For iPhone / iPad, see Apple’s cancellation instructions. For Android, see Google Play’s cancellation instructions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same account you used to subscribe, then open the subscription or settings screen and tap "Restore purchases." Restores pull the latest status from Apple or Google Play. If anything looks off, email [email protected] with the receipt or order number.

I'm not getting notifications from Anima Felix.

Check that notifications are enabled in your phone’s system settings for Anima Felix, and that in-app notification permissions were granted when prompted. If you recently updated iOS or Android, re-granting permissions sometimes helps. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

The app is stuck on a screen or crashing.

Try closing and reopening the app. If that does not help, restart your device and make sure you are on the latest version of Anima Felix from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, email [email protected] with a short description of what you were doing when it happened and a screenshot if possible.

How do I delete my account?

You can request permanent deletion of your account and data from the Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

AFK

AFK (Anima Felix Key) is a separate peer-support app. You tap an anxiety category, submit a short request, and other AFK users can reply. Replies land in your "Me" inbox.

Nobody replied to my request.

Most requests get one or more replies within minutes, but low-traffic hours can be longer. Each request auto-closes after 30 minutes or when 10 replies have arrived, whichever comes first. If a request closes without replies, you can submit a new one — AFK allows up to three support requests per hour per account.

I'm not getting notifications for replies.

Check that notifications are enabled for AFK in your phone’s system settings, and that you granted notification permission when prompted in the app. If notifications are on but you still do not see them, sign out and back in so AFK can re-register the device. Still stuck? Email [email protected].

How do I report a harmful message?

Tap Reported on the reply in question. Reported messages are reviewed by our team. Reporting is the shipped safety control in AFK today.

What does 'Appreciated' mean when I see it on my reply?

When an asker marks your reply Appreciated, you get a push notification and your message carries a small green "Appreciated" label in your sent history. It is the asker telling you, in one word, that your support helped.

How do I delete my AFK account?

You can request permanent deletion of your AFK account and data from the Delete Account page. The same deletion flow covers both Anima Felix and AFK accounts. Deletion is permanent.

Is AFK a crisis service?

No. AFK is for anxious moments — it is not a crisis line, not therapy, and not medical care. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, please use a crisis service instead. What languages does AFK support?

The AFK app UI is currently English-only. The website is available in English, Romanian, and Ukrainian.

How do I sign in to AFK?

AFK supports sign-in with Google or Apple. First-time users may pass through a short shared onboarding flow before landing in the app.
